Run 1.5 mi warm up
then:
30 sec hill sprint
30 sec rest
45 sec hill sprint
45 sec rest
1 min hill sprint
60 sec rest

then:
3x
50 burpees
40 pushups

then:
1 min hill sprint
30 sec rest
45 sec hill sprint
45 sec rest
30 sec hill sprint

finally:
Run 1.5 mi cool down
