Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10' target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

Big shout out to C3C Victoria Perkins who will be rolling up her sleeves and functionally training freshmen as they run through her course this Friday. I, myself, won't be rolling up my sleeves, but will be sipping on something sweet all weekend.
