In the spirit of knocking out classic CrossFit workouts, we will be cranking through Cindy for tomorrow's session:
2 person teams rotating through the three events without changing order
As many rounds as possible in 20 min
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
We will record and compare team round totals.

Team HOY/OTT, 23 rounds...would have been more but soft-legged Farlee was holding us up on the pu bar!
